A consistent top performer, she ranked in the top 6% of more than 85,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and earned International President’s Circle recognition, along with multiple Platinum awards through Intermountain MLS. For over 25 years, Gae has been a top producer in Idaho, known for serving discerning buyers and sellers with a thoughtful, results-driven approach.

In 2018, Gae partnered with Jessica Durham to expand their long-standing professional collaboration and elevate their client service.

Jessica Durham, Designated Broker of Grove Realty, brings more than 20 years of experience in the Treasure Valley. With a marketing degree from Boise State University and an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University, she combines strategic marketing expertise with strong financial and investment insight. Her experience includes residential sales, land development, market analysis, and property management, and she has been selected to assist with corporate relocation for one of Idaho’s largest healthcare systems.

Together, Gae and Jessica rank in the top 1% of agents within the Boise Regional REALTORS®, with annual sales volumes exceeding $24 million. They were recently selected to represent a proposed 300+ unit condominium development along the Boise River, reflecting their expertise in both residential and large-scale projects.
